2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate business details, including hiring needs, contact information, and service location.

Respond to applicants in a timely manner to maximize hiring success.

Follow all applicable labor and employment laws related to your operations.

Failure to cooperate with our process may negatively impact your results, and we will not be held liable if applicants are not hired due to lack of follow-up.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

A. Payment Terms

Payments are due before services begin, as outlined in your agreement.

We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

Non-payment or chargebacks will result in immediate termination of services.

B. Refund Policy

Refunds do not apply if the client fails to follow up with applicants or rejects qualified prospects without valid reason.

Refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of the campaign period ending.

4. Limited Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Staffing10X (operated by Peakr Media LLC) is not responsible for:

Any business losses resulting from how you handle or respond to applicants we provide.

Service disruptions due to third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, scheduling tools).

Circumstances beyond our control, including changes in advertising policies, hiring market fluctuations, or economic downturns.

Our liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid for our services.

5. Advertising, Data Use & SMS Consent

By working with us, you grant Staffing10X permission to:

Use your business details in ad campaigns for applicant generation purposes.

Track and collect data to optimize campaign performance (via Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, etc.).

Send you SMS reminders, updates, and marketing messages (with prior consent).

Use anonymized results for case studies and testimonials unless you explicitly opt out.

By providing your phone number through our forms or booking tools, you consent to receive SMS communications from Staffing10X (operated by Peakr Media LLC). You can opt out anytime by replying STOP. Message frequency may vary; standard message/data rates may apply. Your data will not be sold or misused. You can request data removal at any time by contacting [email protected].

6. Service Availability & Exclusivity

We only work with one business per region/ZIP code within a specific niche to ensure exclusivity and maximize client success.

🚨 Once we take on a client in your area, we will not work with another business there.

If your ZIP code is already taken, you may join our waitlist for future availability.

7. Termination & Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if:

The client engages in dishonest business practices or misrepresents their services.

Payments are not made on time.

The client violates Facebook, Google, or other advertising policies.

If you wish to cancel services, you must notify us at least 7 days in advance of the next billing cycle.

8. Changes to Terms

Staffing10X (operated by Peakr Media LLC) reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
